Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. You can click on the price of any item to see it in a variety of currencies
We accept Switch, Maestro, American Express, Visa and Mastercard. You have the option of paying straight away via PAYPAL, the secure online charging facility or you may choose to pay for your order when it is ready to be shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All items in the UK are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, EMS in Asia or US Post for America. Larger orders will be sent by TNT. Items are sent from the nearest centre to you. This ma be in a different country from where you are. If stock is out in that nearest centre, we will send it from another centre, this may delay the delivery slightly but we will get the items to you even if it means two seperate deliveries.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be packaged for despatch on Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday.

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to reach you in 5 business days within the UK. International orders are generally received in around 10 days. If your order is not in stock we sincerely apologise, it means you have chosen a popular product and we are awaiting new stock. We aim to get back orders to you within 30 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock in any of our three centres, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, if you have chosen direct payment, it will be provided by Paypal where credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Returns Policy Items may be returned to be replaced with an alternative size, colour or design. Refunds will be given for purely returning the garment but a fee of 25% of the order or item may be charged for this option to a maximum of £25.00.
Orders for tailored sizes that are not stock items cannot be returned for refund. We will however make adjustments to the garment should this be necessary by the customer returning the item and advising where the changes are required. |
